We are inviting all colleagues at UHMBT - whether you are employed, work on the bank, a volunteer, working in any area and at any level - to have your voice heard and to tell us about what is important to you.
With your help, we want to build a shared understanding about the changes we still need to make, and take appropriate action that will move us forwards, to become a great place to be cared for; a great place to work.
We know how important it is to have a positive and caring culture for all our staff and for our patients, so we will continue to focus on improving our culture and behaviours within the Trust, for the benefit of everyone.
We genuinely want to hear about what you think our vision, values, organisational culture and leadership should look and feel like in the future, and what changes we need to make that happen.
To do this, we will listen deeply to what you tell us – even when it may be hard to hear. To make it easier to say what you really think, this conversation is anonymous and independently hosted.
Our online conversation is similar to a traditional in-person workshop, but it’s more inclusive, accessible and transparent. We can also involve more people (not just those who can fit in a physical room), allowing us to hear from people across our Trust – everyone has a voice.
Our Big Conversation is:
- anonymous – your name is not attached to anything you share;
- for all staff at UHMBT to read, vote and comment on each other's ideas;
- available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while the conversation is live; and
- accessible from wherever you may be – on any computer, tablet or smartphone.
Please join the conversation and let’s move forward together.
